What To Do When You Arrive

Drive up to the barrier, which will recognise your number plate and rise automatically. Drive in and park in any space. If there are any problems, press the intercom for assistance and quote your reference number. Don't press the green flashing button as this is for customers who've not booked.

It can get quite busy, so make sure you leave plenty of time to find a space. After parking your car and unloading your bags, make a note of the letter and number of the row you're on (the signs are at the end of the row). Then, head to the nearest yellow bus shelter. There are 3 in the disabled area, numbered 107-109 and two at the far end, numbered 110-111. Wait for the number 9 transfer bus to arrive and take it to the terminal.

The buses run 24 hours a day, run every 15 minutes and take around 7-9 minutes. The bus is included in the price.

What To Do When You Come Back

After you've collected your luggage, head back to the bus stop where you were dropped off, and get on the number 9 bus back to the car park. When you get back, you'll find your car waiting where you left it.

- Exit the M56 at Junction 5 and keep right, following signs for T1 and T3.
- As you approach the traffic lights get in the left lane signposted for T3, Wilmslow and Wythenshawe.
- At the next set of traffic lights continue straight on.
- At the next junction keep left, following signs for Wilmslow and Heald Green.
- Continue along Ringway Road West which will turning into the new Manchester Airport Relief Road. At the traffic lights at the end of the road, keep left then turn left on Styal road towards JPR, Shadowmoss Road and Heald Green.

What To Do When You Arrive

When you reach the entrance to the car park follow the instructions on the digital information screen. Once you've parked, unload your luggage and enter the Meet & Greet reception to hand over your keys - the car park only takes your individual car key, so keyrings and other keys won't be accepted. You'll be given a receipt, which you should keep safe for your return.

Then follow the footpath to the terminal, which takes 0-2 minutes.

What To Do When You Come Back

Turn right out of arrivals. When you get to the taxi rank, cross to the other side of the road, where the multi-storey car parks are. Go straight ahead, past the multi-storey on your left, and you'll see the Meet and Greet reception.

Collect your keys and the car park will let you know where your car is parked. Members of the Meet and Greet team will be there to help.

Directions

Signs at the airport refer to Meet and Greet as M&G, so make sure you look out for this when you get there.

- Exit the M56 at Junction 5 and get in the lane for Terminal 3.
- Follow this road for 0.7 miles, then at the traffic lights turn right into Ringway Road, signposted for Terminal 3 and Car Rental Return.
- Follow Ringway Road for 0.5 miles. At the mini-roundabout, turn right into Parade Road, signposted T1 and T2. Follow this road for 0.1 miles.
- At the roundabout, take the first exit, signposted T1 and T2.
- At the following roundabout, take the first exit, signposted T3 Meet and Greet (M&G) Reception.
- The entrance to T3 M&G (Meet & Greet) is straight ahead.

Security Measures

The car park has entry/exit barriers and is regularly patrolled. It has been awarded the Park Mark security award by the police.

Meet and Greet parking is ideal for guests with a disability as there's no need for transfers.

There are disabled bays for Blue Badge holders. Anyone who uses a wheelchair or has a mobility problem will have their car parked next to the Meet and Greet building or in one of the Blue Badge parking bays. If you have a Blue Badge, just follow the blue line in the car park to find the disabled bays.

The walk to the terminal takes only a few minutes and is doable by wheelchair unaided.

If you have booked airport assistance, you can be met at the car park, just make sure you let them know when you book.

If you need extra support, you'll need to arrange it when you book. On the day, you'll need to go to the Meet and Greet office so the OCS can be called to come and help.

- Proceed down International Approach and enter the car park under the sign ‘Multi Storey' on the left-hand side.

- Exit the M56 at Junction 5 and get in lane for Cheadle.
- At the traffic lights select the lane signposted for Terminal 3, Cheadle Quarry Bank Mill, Gatley and Wythenshawe.
- Follow Ringway Road West for 0.7 miles. Turn right at traffic lights signposted for Terminal 3 and Car Rental Return.
- Follow this road for 0.5 miles. At the mini-roundabout, turn right into Parade Road, signposted for T1 and T2.
- Follow this road for 0.1 miles, then the car park entrance is on the right-hand side.

The car park is signposted as T1/3 Midstay around the airport.

Due to ongoing construction work around T2, there may be temporary diversions in place. In this instance, please follow the diversion signs for entry to T2 East.

Exit the M56 at Junction 5 and keep left, following the signs for Terminal 2.
At the first roundabout take the 3rd exit following signs to Terminal 2.
At the second roundabout take the second exit into Palma Avenue, signposted for T2 Multi Storey East.
Stay in the right-hand lane and follow the road past the terminal building.
As the road bends left around the Multi Storey, the car park entrance is immediately on your left.

Make sure you only park on levels B and C.
