What To Do When You Arrive

When you're around 30 minutes from the airport, call TakeOff to let them know your arrival time.

When you arrive at the airport, follow signs to the Terminal car park 1, Level 3. You'll find allocated parking bays marked "Meet and Greet" and the orange TakeOff Luton Airport Meet and Greet desk.

Your driver will need to see your booking confirmation and return flight information. Hand over your keys to the driver, then it's a short walk to the terminal while your car is parked in a secured car park.

What To Do When You Come Back

Once you have collected all your luggage, give TakeOff a call on 07932 029342 or 07932 029349. Make sure you let them know of any possible delays.

The driver will deliver your vehicle to where you dropped your car on arrival.

You'll have 15 minutes to exit the car park once your vehicle has been returned to you. Any delays beyond the 15 minutes will mean extra payment will be required upon exiting the car park.

To and From the East and A1:
Access to London Luton Airport from the East and A1 is via the A505 dual carriageway through Hitchin. The airport lies just off the A505 and is clearly signposted.

To and From the M25:
Access to London Luton Airport from the West is possible through several routes. If approaching via Dunstable, follow the airport signs. Alternative approaches include travelling via M40/M25 to join the M1 and then exit via Junction 10. Exit the M25 at Junction 21 for the access to the M1.

To and From the M1:
London Luton Airport is only 30 minutes from North London, 15 minutes from the M25 and 5 minutes from the M1. The airport is just two miles from the M1 motorway. Exit the M1 at Junction 10. The route to the airport is clearly signposted.

Drive to the barrier and press the button to enter. Head to the drop-off area outside reception – one of the parking team will meet you, tell you where to park and give you a card with all of your return instructions on. You'll keep your car keys. Make sure you keep your card safe.

Then take the shuttle bus to the airport. It's included in the price, runs every 5-10 minutes and they'll drop you off right outside the terminal doors. The journey usually takes 4 minutes, but it's a good idea to allow a little extra during peak times.

Pull up to the barrier, which will lift automatically after a few seconds, then press the green button at the second barrier to enter the car park – as you enter they'll record the condition of your vehicle for safety and security.

Park in one of the arrivals bays, then head into the check-in building. Check yourself in using the machines – you'll need to have a copy of your booking confirmation to hand. There'll be a member of the parking team on hand to help if you need it.

The machine will give you a tag and a ticket. Attach the tag to your keys and keep your ticket safe as you'll need it later. Drop your keys in the box with the same number as the lane you've parked in. Your car will be parked for you, so just head to the waiting area and hop on the bus to the airport. You'll need to show your ticket to the driver.
If you have sports equipment or lots of luggage, you may need to wait for a bus with more space during busy times, so make sure you leave yourself plenty of time to get to the airport.

What To Do When You Arrive

Call the car park on 07402 840388 when you're around 30 mins away from the airport. Drive to the Multi-Storey Car Park Level 3 Meet and Greet parking area and a member of the parking team will meet you – look for a driver from Airport Parking Luton.

They'll show you some ID, and go over some paperwork for your car which you'll need to sign. They'll take your keys and park your car so all you need to do is walk into the terminal which takes a couple of minutes.

What To Do When You Come Back

When you get back, call the car park on 07402 840388 when you get to the baggage hall. Your car will be waiting in the Multi-Storey Car Park Level 3 Meet and Greet parking area.

You'll have 15 minutes to leave the car park once your vehicle has been returned to you. Any longer than 15 minutes will mean you need to pay extra when you exit.

Directions

To and From the East and A1 - Access to London Luton Airport from the East and A1 is via the A505 dual carriageway through Hitchin. The airport lies just off the A505 and is clearly signposted.

To and From the M25 - If you're approaching via Dunstable, follow the airport signs. Alternative approaches include travelling via M40/M25 to join the M1 and then exit via Junction 10. Exit the M25 at Junction 21 for access to the M1.

To and From the M1 - London Luton Airport is 30 minutes from North London, 15 minutes from the M25 and 5 minutes from the M1. The airport is two miles from the M1 motorway Junction 10. The route to the airport is clearly signposted.

When you get to the airport follow signs for Multi Storey Car Park 1. Continue to Level 3 of the Multi Storey Car Park and you'll be met by the parking team.

What To Do When You Come Back

Once you have collected all your luggage, give Airparks a call on 01582 283059. Make sure you let them know of any possible delays.

Walk to the airport exit and back to the car park. Your car will be delivered to the pick-up point/meet and greet area where you dropped it off.

What To Do When You Arrive

Pull up to the barrier, which will lift automatically after a few seconds, then press the green button at the second barrier to enter the car park – as you enter they'll record the condition of your vehicle for safety and security.

Park in one of the arrivals bays, then head into the check-in building. Check yourself in using the machines – you'll need to have a copy of your booking confirmation to hand. There'll be a member of the parking team on hand to help if you need it.

The machine will give you a tag and a ticket. Attach the tag to your keys and keep your ticket safe as you'll need it later. Drop your keys in the box with the same number as the lane you've parked in. Your car will be parked for you, so just head to the waiting area and hop on the bus to the airport. What To Do When You Arrive

Follow the yellow signs for Airparks Self Park, its entrance is approx 300 metres after the first blue Airparks entrance.

Drive up to the barrier, which will rise automatically. Keep to the left, drive into the car photo booth and press the button, so your car can be scanned and photographed.

Stay in your car while one of the team checks you in and directs you to where you need to park. Make sure you keep a note of where you've parked for when you get back. You'll be given a ticket which you'll need to keep safe and you'll need to keep hold of your keys too.

Walk to the nearest bus stop to catch the shuttle bus to the terminal. It's included in the price and runs regularly, 24 hours a day. The journey takes around 14 minutes.

Due to the ongoing redevelopment works at Luton airport, travel around the airport may take longer than normal. We'd recommend you allow an extra hour to get to the airport particularly at peak times. Peak travel times for Luton airport are all day Friday, Saturday and Sunday and between 4am and 9am, 1pm and 3pm and 5pm and 7pm on other days.

What To Do When You Arrive

Around 20 minutes before you arrive call Maple Parking on 01582 825656.

Once you're on level 3 of the car park you'll find allocated parking bays marked "Meet and Greet". Your driver will be wearing a Maple Parking hi-vis jacket and carrying ID. They'll take your ticket and keys and photograph your car before moving it to their secured car park.

From the car park it's a 5-minute walk to the terminal.

What To Do When You Come Back

Once you have collected all your luggage, give Maple Parking a call on 01582 825656. Make sure you let them know of any possible delays.

Walk back to the car park. Your car will be delivered to the pick-up point/meet and greet area where you dropped it off.

The driver will give you a ticket to exit the car park. Make sure you're at the car park no longer than 10 minutes after your call, otherwise you may need to pay to exit the car park.

- At Terminal Car Park 1, take a ticket from the barrier and drive up to level 3, where you will be met by a member of staff.

What To Do When You Arrive

Follow the yellow signs for Airparks Self Park, its entrance is approx 300 metres after the first blue Airparks entrance.

When you arrive, drive up to the barrier. It will recognise your car registration and let you in. Find a space, keep your keys and remember where you've parked.

Then head to the nearest bus stop to catch the shuttle bus to the terminal. It's included in the price, takes around 14 minutes and runs regularly, 24 hours a day.

What To Do When You Come Back

When you return, catch the shuttle bus back to Airparks Self Park. Buses depart from bus stop E at the airport. Find your car and drive to the exit. The barrier will recognise your car reg and lift, allowing you to leave.

What To Do When You Arrive

Drive to the barrier and press the button to enter. Head to the drop-off area outside reception – one of the parking team will meet you, tell you where to park and give you a card with all of your return instructions on. You'll keep your car keys. Make sure you keep your card safe.
